SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for all available items. Pickups are available Monday to Saturday between 11am -5pm. Proof of ID and order confirmation email.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free 2 Business Days shipping on all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states. .

Orders are processed the same day if we receive them by the designated cut off time of 11:00 am ET. Shipments to P.O. Box addresses will be shipped to via regular US Mail at US Mail speeds. We will use the service you choose during checkout but can't guarantee arrival on a particular day.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer international shipping to the following countries:
HANRO charges a flat fee of $10 USD to Canada. Delivery is expected between 3-5 business days.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

ALASKA, HAWAII, OR PUERTO RICO SHIPPING FEES

HANRO charges a flat shipping fee of $20 for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Shipping is Ground, with expected delivery times between 5-7 business days.
