The Details

Matt, opaque tights made of sustainable FALKE − WE CARE − yarn composition for even and beautiful legs. The velvety fine material mostly consists of recycled polyamide from production leftovers. Recycling is facilitated through an environmentally friendly mechanical process without the use of chemicals. The Pure Matt 100 not only impress with an elegant and matte look: particularly flat seams and the comfort waistband, as well as toes with the finest soft seams ensure a comfortable, pressure-free fit. The perfect companions for everyday life.

Delivery

HANRO charges a flat fee of $10 USD to Canada.

Delivery is expected between 3-5 business days.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control.

If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Sale items cannot be exchanged via the online Returns Center during sales. If you would like to exchange a sale item please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. All returns must be postmarked within forty five (45) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:   

  • Final Sale Items
  • Worn Items
  • Items without all tags
  • Customers returning from Canada will be charged $10 US Dollars
  • For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange

Please Note

  • Intimate garments cannot be returned once they have been worn. They should be tried on over your underwear or other clothing.
  • All tags must be attached and packaging intact.
  • All items must be returned in original carton or similar, protective carton, not a mailing envelope.
  • We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations, or are no longer sellable for reasons such as exposure to perfume, potpourri, smoke, or animal hair.
  • Men’s and Women’s hosiery can only be returned or exchanged if packaging is unopened and seal is intact.
  • One prepaid return label per order is permitted.
